Board adopts governance policies, updates Title IX contacts

The board later approved superintendent-name updates to policy 0013 (Title IX Grievance Process), 1200.1 (Annual Notification of Teacher Qualifications), 5010 (Workplace Violence Prevention), and 6010 (Prohibition of Sexual Harassment and Discrimination in the Workplace). All motions carried 6–0.
The board also appointed district officials, designating Jason Mitchell as Title IX Coordinator and as Compliance Coordinator (Sexual Harassment Officer). The minutes record the appointments but do not include further implementation details or contact information; Jason Mitchell was noted as absent in the roll call on Nov. 12.
