Board approves PVM cross‑country and field band overnight trips

The Central Square Board approved two overnight student trips during its Sept. 8 meeting.
The Paul V. Moore High School boys and girls cross country team is approved to travel to New York City/Bronx Friday, Oct. 10 through Sunday, Oct. 12, 2025, with approximately 30 students and chaperones Bill and Sheri Hansen and Kevin Schulz. The PVM field band is approved to travel to Annapolis, Maryland, Oct. 10–11, 2025, with approximately 77 students and a roster of chaperones including Mark Woods, Heath Miller, Elizabeth Otero and several others listed in the supplemental file.
The trips were included in the board’s Items for Discussion and Action and were approved as part of the motion (Fischmann/Morey) that passed 7–0. Documents and itineraries are filed with the District Clerk.
