At a regular meeting Sept. 8, 2025, the Central Square Central School District Board of Education approved the meeting agenda and a slate of personnel actions and consent items in unanimous votes.
A motion by Board Member Casey Morey, seconded by Bryan Maether, approved the agenda; the minutes record the tally as "6 Yes, 0 No, 0 Abstain". Later, a motion by Vice President Kristy Fischmann, seconded by Morey, approved staff appointments, tenure appointments, resignations, terminations, leaves of absence, substitute appointments and position eliminations/creations; the motion passed 7–0. The same motion pair approved the Consent Agenda — including monthly bills, internal claims audit, special education recommendations, disposals/surplus property and several donations — with a recorded vote of 7 Yes, 0 No, 0 Abstain.
The district clerk noted that supplemental documents for the personnel and consent items are on file with the District Clerk. The board took no separate roll call votes on individual consent items; all were approved as presented during the meeting’s consent motion.
The board concluded routine business and proceeded to reports and discussion items on the agenda.
