Pasadena ISD board awards $36.1 million Williams Elementary contract, approves multiple 2022 Bond projects

The Pasadena Independent School District Board of Trustees on April 22 approved a $36,104,609 construction contract with Drymalla Construction Company, Inc. to build the replacement for Williams Elementary School, part of the district's 2022 Bond program. The board also approved contracts with Gurry Mechanical, L.P. ($2,326,662 for hydronic piping replacement at Burnett and Frazier elementary schools) and Brown & Root Industrial Services, LLC ($1,445,241 for domestic piping replacement at South Houston Intermediate). Allowance Expenditure Authorizations for Park View and Parks elementary replacement projects and an HVAC testing and balancing services agreement were also approved, with line items of $74,771, $85,828 and $66,750 respectively.
