Trustees authorize North Branch landscaping RFP, OK $5,000 payment to landscape architect

“The real focus tonight is to get, phase B, if you will, the RFP approved so that we can move forward with identifying vendors to help with the three other phases, evaluating, restoring, and maintaining the swales,” said the presenter during the discussion. Trustees emphasized that additional phases and funding decisions would follow after responses to the RFP clarified costs and scope. Funding for subsequent phases will be determined after proposals are returned and vetted by staff and the subcommittee.
