During new business the Little Flower Board approved a set of fiscal and procurement resolutions.
Board member Steven Gellar moved and Bridgette Waite seconded passage of a resolution to seek financing for a proposed capital expenditure project; the motion carried 7–0. The board also approved a Resolution for Revenue Anticipation Notes (RANs) to provide short‑term liquidity, and adopted a Joint Municipal Cooperative Bidding Program resolution to participate in cooperative procurement.
These actions were framed in the superintendent’s report on district fiscal planning and will allow the district to pursue financing and cooperative purchasing options as it progresses on expansion planning referenced elsewhere in the meeting. The minutes do not list dollar amounts or lender terms; those details will be developed in follow‑up work by the business office.
