Board to refine goals offline; superintendent to return audit results; work session adjourns

Staff summarized the session and confirmed the three draft goal areas for the board document—comprehensive campus planning, board development (including portrait of a graduate), and community outreach with at least one campus event—and reminded members that the board would not adopt goals at this work session. The Staff member told the group they would refine the document and bring it back "to the whole board the next month for adoption."
The Staff member also circulated a fresh copy of the board–superintendent working agreement for signatures and reminded the board the document had been adopted previously and could be changed only by placing the item on a future agenda. The Chair then adjourned the work session with no formal votes taken.
