On a separate motion, Gratz moved and Riechers seconded acceptance of donated materials from ProEdge Building Solutions for construction of a compost bin; the motion carried and the board asked that ProEdge be thanked in the minutes. No fiscal conditions, valuation of the in-kind donation, or follow-up tasks are recorded in the meeting minutes.
