The Central Cambria School District Board of Directors on Sept. 8 accepted resignations for two supplemental positions and authorized the administration to advertise and post the vacancies.
Athletic & Extracurricular Committee Chair Chuck Gironda moved to accept the resignations of Jodi Beyer, Elementary Reading Competition Advisor, and Nate Gillen, JH Assistant Boys Basketball Coach; the motion was seconded by Jessica Lieb and carried with all members voting YES. "It is recommended that the following resignations for supplemental positions be accepted and that the Administration be authorized to post the vacancy, advertising if necessary," the minutes state.
The board did not specify timelines for filling the positions in the minutes. The administration was directed to post the openings and advertise if necessary, per the committee motion. No public comments were offered on the agenda item.
