The agenda also included multiple personnel committee actions: the voluntary transfer of Bobbi Prokop from Jackson Elementary secretary (9/10 months) to Administrative Office Secretary (12 months) effective Dec. 2, 2025; appointment of Ms. Prokop as Board Recording Secretary at $200 per meeting; and the transfer of Myesha Chappell from day-to-day clerical substitute to Long Term Substitute Secretary at Jackson Elementary for the remainder of 2025–26 at a prorated $24,600 salary. All personnel motions were recorded as carried unanimously.
