Elementary principal highlights Title I family night, 3D-printing and STEM activities

Miss Bowser, the district's elementary principal, briefed the board on Title I family-engagement events and Title IV enrichment projects. She said the Barnes & Noble family night drew strong attendance and praised students' 3D-printing projects that recreate landmarks and support cross-curricular STEM work.
"It was a huge success," Miss Bowser said of the family night, and she reported the district has received funding from the Grundy Foundation, Marquis Construction, Bristol Friends and the Bucks County Foundation (in conjunction with BBEF) to buy four additional 3D printers for classroom use. She also noted upcoming parent conferences on Nov. 26 (evening) and Nov. 27 (day) and other events such as the Halloween parade and World Kindness Day activities.
The board received the report and expressed appreciation for donor support and for teachers integrating STEM and enrichment activities into classroom instruction. The principal said the new equipment will be available for teacher use to expand hands-on learning.
