The Big Spring School District board convened its annual organization meeting and read certificates of election for newly elected directors, then administered the oath of office to those who had not yet been sworn in. Chair (speaker S1) read the certificates naming Julie Booth, Benjamin Brown, Lisonbee Malott and John Wardle as elected to four‑year terms representing their townships and boroughs.
After the oath was administered, board members completed roll-call votes for leadership positions. The board elected a president and vice president for one‑year terms and turned the meeting over to the newly elected president (speaker S6). During the swearing ceremony Chair directed the newly elected directors to “raise your right hand and say out loud” the oath; the board later welcomed the incoming members and the new leadership. Julie Booth, Benjamin Brown, Lisonbee Malott and John Wardle were identified in the certificates of election as the newly elected school directors; the transcript lists the township/borough assignments for each.
