Strain elected board president; Guinto chosen vice president

The reorganizational meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by District Clerk Natalie Relyea. The minutes record that Strain’s nomination and election were completed by simple majority vote and that an oath of office was given to Strain during the meeting. The election and associated motions were recorded without roll-call dissent.
