Named appointees in the memorandum include Chandra Jagielo, Lauren Granieri, Griffin Harrigan, Avery Andrews and Emma Asklar; service appointments included David Mayo and Razan Desougi. The vote on the personnel resolution was recorded as Yes 6, No 0, Absent 1.
The approvals were presented as a consent package; the board did not discuss individual personnel items in the public session. The meeting adjourned at 7:11 p.m. following the vote.
