Members absent included Sam Bartlett and the student representative; Mary Kate Russell was listed as "also present." No members of the public were recorded as attending.
At the end of the meeting the district clerk noted that the minutes are in draft form until approved by the Board of Education. The meeting convened at 10:15 a.m. and the record shows adjournment at 11:07 a.m.
