Board approves multiple appointments, resignations and union agreements

On March 12 the Town of Webb Board of Education approved multiple personnel actions and contract agreements. The board approved permanent and probationary appointments for support staff (including Kara Ann McKenna as Office Assistant II, effective March 27, 2026, and Dana Pashley as Microcomputer Repair Technician, effective Feb. 17, 2026), accepted resignations (for example, Mary Jane Sykes, Office Assistant II effective March 27, 2026, and Bryanne Craft, Teacher Aide effective May 1, 2026), and appointed election inspectors for the May 19 budget vote.
The board also voted to approve the agreement between the district and CSEA covering July 1, 2026–June 30, 2029, and later approved an agreement with the School Administrators Association of New York (SAANY) covering July 1, 2026–June 30, 2028 after returning from executive session. Most personnel and contract motions passed unanimously (recorded votes Yes‑4 No‑0).
