Laurens board approves district officers, physicians and legal counsel for 2025–26

The Laurens Central School Board approved a slate of district officers and external service providers for the 2025–26 year. The board designated School Based HealthZone (Dr. Kerri LeBlanc, MD and Jessica Gaske, PNP) as the school physician service. The board also approved legal counsel firms Ferrara Fiorenza, PC; Girvin and Ferlazzo, PC; and Hodgson Russ, LLP, and retained Raymond G. Preusser, PCS PC as district auditor. Other administrative designations included Kerri Gartung as Internal Claims Auditor and Josh Reiss (ONC BOCES Safety Risk Management) as Fire Safety Inspector.
The minutes state that the Oath of Office was administered to Pamela Weir, William Dorritie and Amy Schlee at the meeting; remaining absent officers will receive oaths at a later date.
