Resident urges district to address rubber playground mulch migrating into neighborhood

"This rubber mulch doesn't just stay in the playground area. It's all over the ball field. It's all in the parking lot. It's all in our neighborhood, all down our street, even in our houses," he said, and urged that "something needs to be done about it."
