Williams Bay board approves personnel transactions; two resignations reported

Superintendent Dr. White announced two resignations during the meeting: Mrs. Diehl, the middle/high school physical education teacher, and Ben Stroll, the groundskeeper. The superintendent said the district posted the positions immediately and identified an acceptable candidate from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater to serve as an intern and pick up part of the special education/health teaching load while another staff member covers remaining courses.
A motion to approve the personnel transactions on the Aug. 10, 2026 personnel transaction sheet was moved, seconded and approved by voice vote. The board discussed immediate posting of the vacancies and interim coverage plans.
