The board handled routine business with several voice votes and a motion to enter executive session on personnel matters.
Early in the meeting the chair asked for a motion to approve the agenda; a motion was made and the chair called a voice vote with the agenda approved. Later the board accepted item E (personal instructions) after a second and voice approval, approved the consent agenda items F1–F10 on a single motion and second, and accepted item H in like fashion. Near the end of open session the chair moved that the Central Square School District Board of Education go into executive session "to discuss matters leading to the tenure of 3 particular people and matters leading to the [possible] termination of employment of 1 particular person," specifying there would be no action to file; a second was made and the board entered executive session.
Minutes and roll-call tallies were not recorded in the public transcript for those voice votes; the chair declared the motions passed.
