District construction updates noted that interior finishes are progressing — carpet and ceiling tiles are in place in many rooms — and the district set a June 5 punch‑list date for interior inspections. "We did set a June 5 date for a punch list, punch list for interior inspections," the Director said.
The Director also reported supply delays: bathroom tile and some lockers are sitting at the dock because of tariffs, which may require substitutions or color changes and could delay exterior boulevard and sidewalk work. "We might have to look at doing some different tile or different color," the Director said, adding that change orders so far total roughly $40,000–$50,000 (about 1% of the project).
