Board accepts financial and personnel reports, moves into executive session on employment

The board accepted several financial reports — Treasurer’s Monthly Report for June 2026, Scholarship Report, Claims Audit Report for June 2026, Revenue Status Report and Budget Status Report — by unanimous vote at the Aug. 6 meeting. Will Shrout moved to accept the reports and David Stigers seconded; the motion passed 5-0.
The board also approved an amended personnel report by the same vote. Later in the agenda President Jennifer Mosher asked for a motion to enter executive session to discuss the employment of a particular person or persons; the board moved into executive session at 6:51 p.m. The board left executive session at 7:08 p.m., resumed public session and adjourned at 7:09 p.m., with the adjournment motion made by Will Shrout and seconded by David Stigers.
