The board reviewed district priorities at the Aug. 6 meeting that had been developed during a summer board retreat. President Jennifer Mosher summarized the history of the priorities and asked that all board members be present to provide input; she asked the District Clerk to add the priorities to an upcoming workshop agenda.
Mosher presented a draft Board of Education workplan for 2026–27 identifying three focus areas: a Five‑Year Planning Initiative covering financial, curriculum and capital planning; Collective Bargaining; and a Technology Policy Review. Board members reviewed each item and set goals for next steps; the minutes record that priorities may change after the board sets long‑term goals.
