Jennifer Mosher was elected president of the Odessa-Montour Central School District Board of Education for 2026–2027 after nominations at the board’s July 9 organizational meeting. Superintendent James Nolan conducted the election; Dana Sgrecci nominated Mosher and Jason Dechow seconded the nomination. The motion carried with three votes in favor and two opposed, and the Oath of Office was administered and notarized by District Clerk Jennifer Stevenson.
Mosher then presided over the election for vice president. She nominated Dana Sgrecci, seconded by Jason Dechow; the board voted unanimously 5–0 to elect Sgrecci. Both officer oaths were notarized at the meeting. The board also approved the meeting agenda by a 5–0 vote earlier in the session.
