Anderson 1 high schools rank in top four statewide across four end-of-course tests

Brad Moore, chief academic officer, told the audience that Anderson 1's high schools placed inside the top four statewide in all four end-of-course exams: Algebra I, English II, Biology and U.S. History. "We have, 4 end of course tests...and that's algebra 1, English 2, biology, and US history," Moore said, adding that the district ranks among the top four in each subject.
Superintendent Seth Young echoed Moore's praise, noting that the district's high-school teachers and students contributed to the results and thanking staff for their work. Officials did not present numerical score tables during the remarks but characterized the results as evidence of consistent academic success.
