The board moved to appoint John D'Angelo as board treasurer for the 2025–26 fiscal year; the motion was seconded and carried. In a separate vote, Joseph Adamson was named the district representative to the Bucks County Technical High School Authority for a term ending December 2029.
Under personnel motions the board accepted the resignation of cafeteria employee Ingrid Alvarado effective April 11, 2025; approved a sabbatical for teacher Daniel Vlasenko for the 2025–26 school year; and approved several hires and staffing actions including Angie Jimenez (non‑certified cafeteria employee at $12.10/hour), Dania Golston (long‑term substitute), Cora Lushki (health and physical education teacher), Carolyn Daley (certified school nurse), Mikaela Coughlin (elementary teacher), Nathan Eddings (elementary teacher) and Samantha Gatto (middle school ELA). The board also approved supplemental positions and summer paydays for two employees (Damon Smith and Deborah Connor) not to exceed 10 days at per diem.
