Parents and former coach praise Bristol Borough SD wrestling team's academic and character honors

Of the 25 athletes, 6 were recognized by the National Wrestling Coaches Association with their high school scholar all American award." She also read a list of students honored and noted character-and-leadership recognitions earned by additional wrestlers.
Former coach and resident Scott Brown said the program had recovered after COVID-related declines and praised the current coaching staff: "This coaching staff builds kids. They build young men and women, the people that are gonna run this nation in the future." Board members and the superintendent thanked the speakers and echoed congratulations to athletes and coaches.
The speakers framed the remarks as items of community pride; neither speaker asked for board action during public comment.
