A board member described crowd-control and entry concerns after a recent event, saying the exterior door was left unattended and people were holding it open. He urged the board to revisit sign‑in procedures and security assignments.
"This door out here, I was here, and it's it's just it's an there's nobody on the door. People were I mean, people were holding the door open for other people," one board member said, urging immediate follow-up. The chair directed administrators, including Dr. Davis and Miss Bouser, to meet after the meeting with the district security team to address sign‑in and staffing at building entrances.
Board members indicated they will meet immediately after the session to review security staffing and sign‑in procedures and asked administration to produce a list of who is on the security team.
