At its Feb. 3 meeting the Oxford Academy Board approved a slate of personnel resolutions including retirements, appointments, substitutes and a tenure grant.
The board accepted Theresa Woodford's letter of intent to retire from her speech/language therapist position effective after the close of day June 30, 2025, and accepted Joanne Dean's letter of intent to retire from her full-time bus-driver position effective after the close of day Feb. 28, 2025. The board also granted tenure to Alis Vincent, effective May 9, 2025 (appointment date May 9, 2022), and approved a list of substitute teachers and support staff for 2024–25. In addition, the board approved Mya-Rae Roys as a Primary School volunteer.
