Visitor presents U.S. Capitol-flown flag; board hears equipment review and insurance award update

At the start of the meeting, visitor Cody Hrehor presented the board with a U.S. flag that was flown over the U.S. Capitol and a certificate; the items will be displayed by the board. Hrehor also briefed trustees on a Ventrac piece of equipment with multiple attachments that, he said, could replace several existing machines and provide operational benefits to the district.
In the Superintendent's Report, School Business Manager Erin Gramstad noted that, in Mr. Colosi's absence, the district received a Safety Excellence Award from Utica National accompanied by a $500 donation. The board thanked the visitor for the flag presentation and acknowledged the Utica National recognition.
