Resolutions G3 and G4 were approved unanimously: G3 authorizes a facilities‑use agreement permitting Cornell Cooperative Extension to use fabrication facilities at Oxford Academy Middle School at a rate of $50 per hour and a $500 maximum per day; the Superintendent or designee is authorized to sign. G4 approves a Memorandum of Understanding with Chenango County Community Mental Hygiene for services through Dec. 31, 2025. Separately, the board passed G11 authorizing the ROC (Regional Information Center) and its designated attorneys to negotiate and approve DPAs that comply with New York Education Law 2‑d and Part 121 regulations related to student PII and APPR data.
The authorizations are intended to streamline vendor contracting and ensure Ed Law 2‑d compliance; the board noted that DPAs negotiated by the ROC are presented to districts for final execution and do not require additional budgeted funds beyond those already accounted for.
