Superintendent highlights student activities, NJGPA results and JDHS program updates

At the start of the public session, the board heard the Superintendent—s Report, which included a student representative update and multiple academic items. Miss Silva, the student representative, summarized school events including dances, midterms, a blood drive, student-of-the-month recognitions, prom planning and athletic highlights.
Dr. Goldberg presented the 2026—2027 Jonathan Dayton High School Program of Studies including the addition of Option II for credit and reviewed NJGPA fall 2025 administration results. Dr. Goldberg also noted that the district will participate in Inclusive Classroom Profile Observations through the National Institute for Early Education Research and recognized staff who presented at conferences and had projects highlighted on national media.
