Board approves Field Turf contracts for JDHS and FMG, to be capital-reserve funded

The Springfield Board approved contracts with Field Turf to install new field turf at Florence M. Gaudineer Middle School and Jonathan Dayton High School, with not-to-exceed amounts of $682,801 and $806,818 respectively. The board identified both projects as part of the approved referendum project list and said they will be funded from capital reserves.
The contracts were entered under Contract# ESCNJ 22/23-37. The approvals were part of the Finance, Facilities, and Security agenda and were adopted on roll call as part of items 17–29 and addenda.
