The treasurer also presented contracts for the 2025–26 school year, including a memorandum of understanding with the University of Dayton and Saint Vincent for a mental health therapist for $22,950, paid through auxiliary and state-coordinated funds, and nursing service agreements with the Hamilton County ESC ($320,525.60) and the Warren County ESC ($284,752). The board moved and approved the financial items and contracts on the consent/motion vote.
