Board swears in Dr. Andrew Willman during June 1 meeting

The Jamesville-DeWitt Central School District Board of Education swore in Dr. Andrew Willman as a new board member during its June 1 meeting. The oath was recited by the new member after the president announced the ceremony: "I do solemnly swear that I will support the constitution of The United States and the constitution of the state of New York," the oath stated.
Board President Sharon called for routine business immediately after the swearing-in and led the board in an amendment to the published agenda to add a brief executive session at the meeting's end to discuss the personnel matter of a particular person. Board members moved the amendment and approved it during the meeting record.
