The board approved the consent agenda by voice vote and then moved through a series of personnel items and routine business. On the recommendation of the superintendent, the board accepted the retirement of social‑studies teacher Carrie Hamlett effective July 1, 2026; adjusted Sharon Gutowski’s start date; permanently appointed Jean Bridal as a clerk typist following completion of probation; appointed Mary Ann Tibersky as a cafeteria monitor with salary per the CSEA contract; and appointed Allison Keller as a clerk typist in the HELPS program. Each personnel motion was moved, seconded, and recorded as "motion carried" by voice vote.
The board also declared first‑edition CKLA skills readers excess for disposal, approved the 2026–27 budget calendar, and awarded the district’s health care insurance‑plan consultant and administrative services contract to Lawley LLC; those motions were similarly seconded and carried by voice vote.
