The motion to adopt the designations was made by T. Francisco, seconded by M. Wikoff and recorded in the minutes as carried 4-0-0. "Motion made by T. Francisco, seconded by M. Wikoff to approve the above designations. Motion carried 4-0-0."
The board listed Community Bank, N.A. and NYCLASS as official banks and approved a schedule of monthly regular meetings starting July 15, 2026 and running through June 16, 2027, with the annual meeting and budget vote scheduled for May 18–20, 2027.
