The board then moved to close nominations and cast a unanimous ballot, a motion made by Daniel Schoessow and seconded by Erica Bender. The voice vote carried.
The board likewise confirmed other officers: Daniel Schoessow nominated Doug Eichten for vice president and Jamie Elmhorst for clerk, both nominations were closed and carried by unanimous ballot, and Daniel Schoessow nominated Erica Bender as treasurer with the same outcome. The orderly series of voice votes and unanimous ballots completed the reorganization before the board moved into the rest of its agenda.
