Board President Steven Patch moved, with a second from Casey Morey, ‘‘that the Central Square Central School District Board of Education hereby move into Executive Session at 6:31 p.m. to discuss matters leading to the tenure of 23 people and to talk with Mr. Brad[ley] Corbin, the District’s new Assistant Superintendent for Business Services, with no action to follow.’’ The motion carried 7–0. The board returned to open session at 7:05 p.m.; the minutes record the return motion and the same unanimous vote.
The minutes record the subject matter and the identified individual (Bradley Corbin) for the executive session but state explicitly that no action would follow from the session in open meeting.
