Pond Creek-Hunter board adopts resolution to set sale of $1.29 million bonds

The Pond Creek-Hunter Public Schools Board of Education on Oct. 27 unanimously adopted a resolution determining the maturities of, and setting a date, time and place for the sale of $1,290,000 in General Obligation Combined Purpose Bonds for the district. Board member Jason Williams moved to adopt the resolution and Board member Justin Bentley seconded; the motion carried with three "Yea" votes.
The resolution was introduced as agenda item 3 and recorded in the minutes as adopting the determinations and sale schedule for the bonds. The minutes record the motion language: "Motion made to adopt the resolution determining the maturities of, and setting a date, time and place for the sale of the $1,290,000 General Obligation Combined Purpose Bonds of the School District." The vote tally in the minutes shows Micah Barr: Yea; Justin Bentley: Yea; Jason Williams: Yea.
