As part of its organizational actions, the board adopted a code of ethics and approved several policy readings (first and second readings) as listed on the agenda. Members noted the handbook will be updated continuously and thanked staff and board members who contributed to the draft.
"Motion to adopt the code of ethics as per attached," the chair said; members voted "Aye." The board also approved the first reading of several policies and the second reading of revised policies that were presented, and agreed to continue updating the board handbook throughout the year.
