Pewitt CISD board approves elementary school substantial completion and pay applications

Board member Lora Vissering moved and Seth Hodges seconded a motion "to approve of the Warranty Agreement and Substantial Completion Certification for Elementary School Construction," which the board approved unanimously.

The board then addressed contractor payments for the elementary project. The board voted to approve Certified Pay Application #23 and Certified Pay Application #24 (retainage) for the elementary school construction; 11.B and 11.C were voted on together and recorded as approved on a roll-call vote with all seven members voting aye.
