Staff presented a finalized stormwater license agreement with CCG McCall LLC for the Trails Edge Subdivision (PUD 25-03) on Colorado and 1st Street. The project’s topography channels runoff toward the railroad pathway and the proposed shared stormwater facilities are sized to treat runoff from both the railroad path and the development.
"So they have proposed and sized stormwater facilities that share the property line with our railroad pathway and their property to treat runoff from the railroad path and their development," the presenter said. Legal counsel reviewed the draft and staff indicated the final agreement needs complete exhibits before execution. Council moved to approve the license agreement and authorized the mayor to sign the final documents.
The license requires the developer to construct, own, and maintain the stormwater facilities until they are no longer needed or require adjustment; staff will ensure exhibits and execution occur before final recording.
