Primary School principal resigns; board appoints interim principal through June

The Oxford Academy and Central School District Board accepted the resignation of Primary School Principal Michelle Hardler, effective March 31, 2026, and approved an interim principal appointment to cover the remainder of the school year.
Under personnel resolution C2 the board "does hereby approve Michelle Hardler's resignation from her position of Primary School Principal, effective March 31, 2026." The board then approved resolution C4, authorizing an Interim Principal Agreement and appointing Debra Kurtz to perform administrative duties "effective February 23, 2026 through no later than June 30, 2026."
Trustees also approved substitute and support-staff appointments, acknowledged a bus-driver resignation retroactive to Jan. 23, 2026, and approved the transfer of Vicky Beech from bus driver to bus attendant effective Feb. 3, 2026. The board approved the custodial appointment of Bret Flint subject to successful completion of probationary requirements.
