The motion approving many of the summer assignments carried with one recorded abstention (Mr. Shover) and the minutes note "Motion Carried 6-1-0." The personnel listings identify specific staff and dates for each assignment; the Board recorded the authorizing motion moved by Ms. Richards and seconded by Mrs. Manupella.
