The Umatilla School District Board of Directors met for a workshop on Dec. 11, 2025, at approximately 6:00 p.m. Pacific and completed the Oregon Ethics Commission annual training required of public officials. Board Chair Member Lesly Claustro-Sanguino presided; seven board members were listed present and the meeting ran about 44 minutes before adjourning at 6:44 p.m.
According to the meeting minutes, "Board Chair Member Claustro-Sanguino called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00pm," and the record notes that "the board watched the training together then completed the test and passed." Attendees listed in the minutes include Board Chair Member Lesly Claustro-Sanguino; board members Toby Cranston, Travis Eynon, Josiah Barron, Steve Warr, Jorge Meza and Jon Lorence; Superintendent Heidi Sipe; Superintendent/Board Secretary Delma Bernal; and board advisor Jazmin Martinez. The minutes show no votes or motions were taken during the workshop.
