Umatilla board names Budget Committee members; one abstention recorded

Board members noted conflicts of interest where applicable and completed the appointment as part of routine governance for the upcoming budget cycle. The appointments will enable the Budget Committee to participate in the district's public budget deliberations for 2026-27.
