Superintendent Aaron Duff presented a package of operational and policy items and the board approved them by unanimous vote. The minutes record adult meal prices for 2026–27 as: "Breakfast $3.50 - No Change Entree only $3.75 - No Change Lunch $5.50 - Increase from $5.00." The board also adopted the state-established certified substitute pay rate at $236.26 per day for 2026–27.
The board approved the annual open enrollment resolution, set the board meeting date to the second Monday of each month for 2026–27, and approved the district wellness policy and an instructional-time justification statement related to EO 26-06 to be posted on the district website. Superintendent Duff also reported on summer facilities work and summer school start dates; he noted the district had been notified of a seismic grant for the Freewater School gym and will present details at the July meeting.
