The Palmyra Board of Education approved several policy and curriculum actions at the March 25 meeting, including a revision to Attendance policy P 5200 and associated regulation R 5200, and approval of the 2025–2026 Nursing Services Plan updated to the State format.
The board also approved a job description for a Director of Early Childhood Education and Preschool Principal, approved elementary cursive curriculum for grades 3–5 for 2026–2027, and accepted numerous student fundraisers and field trips across district schools. The board approved CSS Players' events and Footprints for Life lessons scheduled on specific Wednesdays, and authorized PHS/PMS to host an essay contest sponsored by A Bigg Effort Foundation and a Burlington County League of Women Voters assembly for high school voters on May 5, 2026.
Separately, the board approved submission of the 2026–2027 Preschool Operational Plan and projected enrollment to the New Jersey Department of Education and authorized district officials to sign required assurances and forms.
