Board accepts PHS teacher retirement and approves extra-period pay and substitute hires

Separately, the board approved Gregory Willis as a long-term substitute for middle school effective Jan. 12, 2026, through June 18, 2026; that action was recorded with a subsequent roll-call vote (ayes recorded as 9).
